What each record contains
A vessel page can contain identity, particulars, dimensions and dated voyage fields, followed by optional name-history, classification, PSC and certificate snapshots. Sections without retained values are omitted.
Why the context matters
Core and optional sections state applicable dates, factual coverage and limitations so a retained historical value is not mistaken for current vessel state.
